Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all extra keycaps, cables, and tools that were included in the box.
Ship the Items
Once approved, send the package to our designated warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned hardware for any damage; once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
