How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. International shipping generally takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy for keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Are NuPhy keyboards compatible with both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all NuPhy keyboards are designed with full compatibility for both macOS and Windows. We include dedicated keycaps for both layouts and a physical toggle switch to swap between systems.
Do you provide a warranty on electronics?
Every NuPhy keyboard comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Can I hot-swap the switches on my keyboard?
Most of our current models, including the Air and Halo series, feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to change switches easily without soldering.
